What is the best type of tube bender for CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP? How do I go about evaluating them... i.e what specs should I look for?

How about This one? I don't mind having to work harder using a hand operated one but this IS for buggy tube so if it will be like.. Impossible to bend that kind of thick walled tubing with a hand operated one I guess I will need something else.

Are those any good? I am thinking that 12 ton one MIGHT be OK but I was told by someone else cheap tube benders tend to crush the tube more than bend it... Which is bad for what I am doing obviously (cutting off back half of jeep and making tubeframe... LOL)... Anyone used any of these?

the pedestal style work good , you can usually just stick a pipe on the end of the handle if its a little tough to be bending . or use a torch .

you want it to be a mandrel bender thats for sure .

i have used a lot of pedestal pipe benders and the bench mount style . they work good . the bottle jack style work good to .

Uhm thats a pipe bender and is not meant for tubing i.e. DOM,HREW,etc etc..

that piece of crap harbor freight pipe bender will just kink real tubing.its made for bending plumbers pipe(black pipe).

The bender at Medford Tools is a good bender .The price is only for the bender and does not include the dies needed .

The last I checked they are supplied by JD Squared
