First post.

Any tips on this? do you need to remove the fan shroud? do you need to remove the harmonic dampner?

If this is already covered, you are invited to refer me to it.... I couldn't find the "search" function.

No, you do not need to remove the harmonic dampener. removing the fan shroud ALWAYS helps when working on anything on the front of the motor. Once you remove the belt, the waterpump is easy to get to and remove/replace.
