Alright, so I just ordered an SYE and CV driveshaft.. I plan in the future to get a high clearance belly skid, most likely 33 engineering possibly.. Well, it raises the tcase 3 inches and even with a BL/MML, it doesn't make up for the tcase being raised. What do I need to worry about as far as the CV shaft goes? Shoudl it be fine?

You mean as far as the length of the shaft is concerned??? I'd say play it safe and get your shafts lengthened when you go with the belly skid. It'd be a shame to have to replace the entire shaft if it emplods b/c it was too short.

When I ordered my SYE and driveshaft, I didn't know I was also going to put on the 33 Engineering high clearance skid plate. When I called Bob Supplee, I just described what I had, and he figured what length driveshaft I needed. I've now done two rides with the SYE and high clearance skid, and they are working great. There don't seem to be any issues with the DS being too short with the transfer case that high.
By the way, the smooth, high clearance skid is working very nicely. Last trip to Paragon, on Inner Spare Tire dropping down into the stream, there is a root that ALWAYS catches on t-case skids - and I just slid right over it. I'd say it passed that test!

Yup, I was referring to my shaft's lenghth... Is getting it lengthened as easy as sending it back to Tom Wood's and telling them the measurement again? Is it expensive?

I would just do it locally and save the time and money shipping it back and forth myself. I may just have mine built locally also if I can find someone local who builds driveshafts.
