Can you give us a quote on 100 just like the font above say 1.5" letters..

I have a picture of the last ones we made.. Also maybe you can do some kind of design work and let us see what you got..

Hey Guys , I have an art background and maybe I can come up with an design , if that's o.k. Smile

If you wanna do a design, give it a try. I'll see if it'll work as vinyl.

If anyone does have the original file, let me know, it'll make it much easier. You can send it to miataman @ miataman.com Put in the subject, JeepHorizons Vinyl. It'l help me to see it when it comes in Smile I get loads of junk email Sad

From looking at the logo above and considering you have the original artwork, here are some options I came up with. If you do not have the logo, I will come as close as I can to the text, but I will have to create it using the logo on the page. I should be able to come pretty darn close to it though.

1. Only cutting the dark blue part of the text with the size measuring from the top of the J to the bottom of the J at 1.5". That makes the length approx 24", $5 each

2. Cutting only the light blue outline, leaving the inside hollow and at the same size, $5 each.

Over the next few days, I'll try to see if I can come up with something, and anyone who is interested see what you can come up with. I'll check out your artwork and see how it will convert to vinyl. Most ideas will do good, but some may not. One thing to consider is that really thin lines will work, they will just be easily damaged when doing something like washing your Jeep...which who does that right Smile So bolder lines are better.

Another thing to consider will be the size and where you want it to fit on the Jeep. Will it be a logo that will go on the bottom of a window, in the corner of a window or other corner of the Jeep, on the inside of a window so it is not as easily damaged from the outside, a window decal at the top of the windshield, a logo for the side of the Jeep, or something that will be converted to work in all places. Maybe it can be one main design & slightly modified for each location. Just food for thought.

Color is another item to think of. If it will be a window decal, white is the thing to use. If the decal goes on the body, it is tougher as one color will not work on all vehicles. Obviously white on a white jeep is a little tough to see.

When creating the artwork, something like Illustrator is the thing to use. Photoshop files will not work. Any text in the file will need to be outlined so I do not need the font Smile

Lets see what we can come up with so we are all proud to run it!!!

I got it done last night. I made the logo above without the sun peaking over the horizon. Tomorrow I'll try to figure out some sizes and prices tomorrow Very Happy I'll probably get the price for the vinyl, but may have to work on how to ship & figure the shipping cost in too Confused

Swamp Boy,

I looked above & you said you had a photo of the last ones you got. Do you still have it & can you send it?

There are two ways I can cut the logo. I can make the above so you only see what is dark blue in the logo above, except cut in white. I also have another version which is two layers of vinyl. It will look like above logo except the light blue is black & the dark blue is white. I'll also try to get a graphic sent tonight, but gotta go to bed Very Happy

I forgot to mention in the last post, I'm sure you all have heard of the NIU College shooting. Well, I live in the sister city of Sycamore, and I am a couple of minutes from campus. It is one thing to see this stuff happen in cities far away, but it sure is different when it happens at home. You think that stuff happened there, but will never happen here.

I don't know anyone at the school, but the wife of a coworker that sits at the desk next to me works the emergency room they went to.

I started to hear about it on my way home from work at 4:00 as I was in Farm & Fleet buying parts for my Jeep & wondered what all the talk was about. I didn't find out until I got home.
