Go with the lock rite if you like the way the rear works.

I just got done installing and playing with the Powertrax No-Slip for D30. It's actually pretty quiet, even when doing tight turns, but the real proof is how it'll handle the next wheeling trip. It was easy to install (I watched one put into another Jeep (thanx Mark!!!)), and this went in slicker-n-snot. Fun stuff, just watch out for the small springs!!! thumbs

Now I can't wait to try out the Powertrax front AND the Auburn LS rear in tandem. Should be sweet. Very Happy

The front is a lunchbox locker, just like the Lock Right (made by Richmond Gear in NC). The name just has "No-Slip" in it. The rear is the Auburn Gear Limited Slip, that should be fun to try out on the trails soon. I hate the fact it was the only AFFORDABLE one I could find at the time, since no one had heard of the Powertrax No-Slip lunchbox locker for CryCo's.

Funny. Last year, you could log onto several parts websites, ask for Powertrax for C-8.25 axles, the part would be LISTED on their bleepin' site, and STILL they knew nothing about it (omitting parts website names judiciously). Now, they're recommending it over what I bought.

Figures. pissed

Ohh well, this solution should work until I get D44's, then I'll sell the axle complete with the Auburn. Smile
