ATF is very high in detergent and will clean out the system .

i don't know anything about the lucas fuel additive (is it a injector cleaner)

however i was directed to stay away from the oil additive , you really shouldn't mess with your oil it is highly refined and built to work in certain circumstances when you add things into it reactions occur and the oil can break down or certain quality's it posses will be affected . eg anti foaming

if your engine is messed up or you don't think your gonna get that much more time out of it then go ahead and run a cleaner in it or an additive , its sort of a hillbilly patch that will make it run good for its last little while . don't put it in a new engine .

if its nasty looking on the inside a flush isn't really going to hurt it . worse thing that can happen is some will be left in the engine afterwards , or a gasket fails (it should be made so that such a thing doesn't happen)
