Anyone else find it strange that he has a full size spare mounted to the bumper, but for some reason decided to leave the Stock spare on the inside of the cab?

About as strange as having a full size spare on the bumper that is not the same tread as the rest of the vehicle. If you are going to go to all that trouble to fix it up, cough up a few more bills and buy the 5th tire. pissed And here is another idea, how 'bout matching the spare rim to the other 4!!!pissed

Thats actually the one responsible thing hes done. Those boggers are directional, meaning they work better turning one way than the other. So instead of having a right spare and a left spare, the best thing to do is get a tire equal in diameter and width with a similar type of tread that is bi-directional so you can use it as a spare on both sides. Can't rotate it in, but atleast better than buying 2 spares.

Did not know that. I had looked at the TSL boggers on Quadratec but it did not say anything about them being directional. So how do you order them if they do not have a "left" and a "right" radio button on a website? Couldn't you end up with 4 driver side tires? You said they work better turning one way than the other, but does that mean they will not work on the other side? And if they will not work on the other side, then how do you rotate your tires with that kind of tire?

Still doesn't explain the rim not matching though Razz Another problem with the paint job, if you are going to go to that much trouble to make a jeep "general lee" then why would you not finish the job by putting the requisite battle flag on the roof?

I have seen a few people run the ProComp X-Terrains backwards...
Im not familiar with directional tires, so im not sure if there is an advantage to that for off-road use.
