I managed to roll my ZJ on it's side the other day. No major damage, neither to myself nor the car, but some dents and a couple of broken windows resulted. I have since acquired another ZJ for parts, but I'm wondering how to remove the rear quarter window from it without damage. The window is bonded in place with urethane. The service manual suggests a cold knife, but from removing the rest of the broken window I can tell that will be difficult. Is there any solvent that will help soften the urthane? Will heating help?
