No problem. If you need help finding anything like that just let me know. I looked around quite a bit before I bought all my stuff.

By the way Viper....how do you like that Flowmaster 50? Would you recommend it?

I would definantly recomend it. With that and a new intake it really opened the engine up. And I love passing wanna be street racers with those coffee can exhausts, makes me feel like more of a man rofl

How are you mounting your tire on your roof rack? Did you get a tire carrier or did you rig something up yourself?

I made it myself. I took two 3-foot long pieces of square steel tubing and then welded a piece of flat steel across them like an H. Drilled a hole in the middle of the flat piece and welded a 1/2 inch bolt through it. I drilled holes in the factory roof rack and bolted the frame to it. Then threw the tire on and used the plastic piece that was in the center of the factory spare with a wingnut holding it on. The strap is just for extra measure, but that is about it. Looking back, I should have put one more flat piece across the center for a little more support. But it doesn't budge the way I have it, so I am leaving it alone for now.

Yeah, I wish I had a welder so I could make stuff like that. Of course I would probably end up burning my house down.

I always use mine with adult supervision. LOL J/K

I didn't notice that Viper had the V8. Thanks for pointing that out. I also have the I6 in mine 1fox2go. Do you know the difference between the Flowmaster 40 and 50 series? Or would it matter which one I went with? I am open to suggestions. It has been 8 years since I have put custom exhaust on any of my trucks so I am a little out of touch with it.

I think my friend has a 40 on his xj. It sounds ok but I am probably spoiled by the sound of my v8. I can still usually hear him coming down the street before I can see him. No matter what you go with its going to sound so much better than stock.

I actually don't know what it came off of, but it fit perfectly. My brother gave it to me after someone gave it to him. It obviously won't match if I have to use it though.
