I was about to get the cragar 397 black steelies. I thought they had the 15x7 with 5 inch backspacing, but they only have it in 4. I'm mounting 30x9.5 r15's on them, and im stock height (95 zj without the upcountry) my question is will i have any sort of rubbing with the 4 inch backspacing or should i look for other wheels with a backspacing closer to stock, like 5"?

you wont rub with those tires and those wheels with the 4 inch backspace will be better if you decide to lift it and run a wider tire
