Ok the thing is my 1987 Cherokee Laredo 4.0L that used to be automatic but now itīs manual. So the problem is about the pedal positioning. When i looked at a 2,5L manual pedals, the were so:

Now here are my cars pedals:

I think my brake and clutch pedals are too close to the gas. Maybe I should get one of those original clutch and brake holders with the right positioning. Right now itīs quite uncomfortable to drive, because the brake pedal is too high from the floor and it takes a lot longer to get my foot on the brake, than it normally would.

Another twin picture for better understanding. The upper one is how the pedals should be and the lower ones are on my car.

you could just modify your mount . drill holes and weld things . or heat up and bend the pedal /cut it /modify it .

That's what I was thinking - a lot less hassle.

My stock manual's pedals are just like that. Brake and gas pedals right beside eachother..
