Wow, that looks really good Mr. Green The only thing I would do is put some brackets for lights and a cb antenna but other than that looks great. Nice job.

I've considered putting the spare up there. That is what the middle bar is for. Have not decided how to secure it yet. Probably should have planned that out a little better before painting and mounting it... lol

Is your rear bar that you have in the middle of the rack for holding gas cans, strength, or just intended for looks? Trying to figure out what you are putting back there, assumed oyu were putting the mounting hardware for the spare in the middle square.

This bar shown here is mainly for strength. Any spare tire will pretty much lay centered on here. Also, the mounting brackets tie into the rack directly under the corners of that bar. Not that they would move much anyway, but at 1/8" sheet for the brackets I wanted to limit any flex as much as possible.

It's amazingly stiff too, not movement at all!

I'm looking at your 4th picture trying to see how the mesh was put on. Did you have to tac each one of those like 300 welds for the mesh, eek. Shocked

um... yes. Mr. Green
Lol, It sucked - bad. The worst part about it was that it was tedious because the mesh is so thin. But now that it is done, I don't think it is going to break free any time too soon... *fingers crossed*

Haha wow, that would take a rediculously long time. Looking at my KOR rack I was checking out all the tac welds and then thinking of taking a hammer to my skull if I had to do that. Are you over on nagca btw?
