the jeep is long gone and has been scrapped for the simple reason its a uni-body.yes you can make it take the added abuse of the rear coil over and the added flex that comes with it.the time and energy involved in my eyes is not worth it .thats why i'm doing a Tj truggy build now.having to plate the entire frame and adding a roll cage was to much for me.all that to one day roll it and have to do it all over again ,no thanks.

and your point is what? yes i said the unibody sucks and i'll still say that unibody sucks.my reasons to build another one are just that my reasons.

i want to go wheeling and this is being given to me.so what just because i dislike unibody and have said that i don't like it i should never be able to own one again?

Calm down killer! No need to be so offensive. The point is, they can't be all that bad if you're going back to one!

Id say id rather not have a unibody...after some hard off road abuse you can tell that its a unibody.

but im with badger here, you sure as hell cant beat free, especially when you have all the parts to make a nasty cherokee. Plus after having the experience from the first xj, im sure he will come up with some creative ways to reinforce it.

Plus hes right his reasons for doing what he does are his reasons. He just posted up to show us what hes currently building
