I recently bought an old 85 Cherokee and the thing has never failed me. The only issue I am running into is something in the fuel injection is messing up. The little 2.5 doesn't want to start when its cold, there is a clicking noise coming from the SOMETHING in the fuel delivery system (somewhere by the throttle positioning sensor). I was told the throttle positioning sensor was bad, but I figured I would try to get some other opinions before i spend $70.00 on a new sensor. Any ideas? (I could also make a video of what its doing and put it on YouTube or something if I haven't described the problem good enough)

Edit: Also, has anyone here ever done a 350 swap in an 85 Cherokee? If so please, let me know how it went

I had the same problem and it ended up bieng the ignition control module, what the ignition coil was bolted on top of, also you can get a TPS for $24.00 or so at Team Cherokee.
