Recently installed Posi-Lock and removed the vacuum that was on there, was wondering, can you engage while moving from 2H to 4H or do you have to stop first. I have realized that I have to stop and put the automatic into Park before engaging the 4L but have not established the workings of the 4H.

I'm not sure of your question. You can engage the posi lock anytime you want. It'll work easiest when your front axle is moving. Switching into 4HI can also be done at any time. I find it easiest to switch into 4LO after taking any load off the t-case. I usually go into R for about a foot, then put it in N, after that it slides right into 4LO.
