Hey all, so the vaccum line that is hooked to my front axle is routed up into the engine bay and the line is plugged on the end. Also, coming from either the transmission or the transfer case(can't see the end) is another vaccum line that is plugged on the end. My guess would be that both these lines that are plugged are supposed to be, or once were connected to each other. I don't see a vaccum line from the rear axle(it is a Chrys 8.25) though. Does anyone know where these lines are supposed to go or why they would be disconnected and plugged?

Those are breather lines for the axle and t-case. The rear end should have one too! They aren't plugged, those are breather caps.

Well thats good to know. I just wanted to make sure they were not some jerryrigged lines to solve some other problem that the previous owner might have had
