I have a 95 yj that came with 1.5" spacers between frame and skid plate. Since i have changed rear diff to 8.8 and installed a sye kit in transfercase i would like to know if there would be any problems with mounting skidplate flush against frame.

The only issue I can think of is driveshaft length. Do you already have one for the rear? It would be best to get one after the t-case drop kit is removed. How much lift are you running?

Yes, you should be able to remove the t-case drop.
