Hey Guys , This isn't a Jeep question , but a co-worker of mine took her 2006 Chevy pick-up to the dealer because the engine light came on . The mechanic told her that her engine had too much carbon in it and it needed to be flushed . I myself haven't heard of this kind of thing. And also the job would cost $260.00 . I told her that to let me get in touchwith you guys and get your input on this before she has the work done. Please help , I think she might be taken for a ride by those guys.

Try having the code read at Autozone or one of the other places that will check codes for free.
