FM2CD VA was on the trail today. Write-up and more pics later this week. Here's two teaser pics and how it went down:

Me: You can use my tow strap Steve, but I ain't gettin' out and getting wet.
Steve: Where's it at.
Me: In the back, make sure you close the hatch it's raining.
Steve: No shiite.
Me: Just for that I'm taking pictures!!!

And let us not forget the beast of the trail, the dragon of disaster:
GODZILLA!!!

Stay tuned for more.

I can't wait to see all the pix, seeing as how exciting all of it was. I'll get mine to Phantum when I see him tomorrow, but I didn't get that many. Sandy wanted more pix of the old fallen-down houses, and it was hard getting them in the rain.

Once I get all the pictures, I'll do a writeup...prolly around Tuesday or Wednesday.

The holdup was a fairly innocous dropoff. I had taken it once, before it started raining. Then we took a side trail, which looped us back around. I went to take it again, but by this time it was raining pretty hard and I couldn't see all that well and ended up about 2 feet to the left of where I should have been....hung up the front diff on a rock. Rolling Eyes

If it wasn't so wet and slick, I prolly could have backed off without being strapped. Wink

Yea, when I saw that pic I could notice that the skid plate was off the ground, and thought to myself, "Ain't mud fun?" The trails rated easy can can be double with some good ole water added!
