Anyone familiar with some of the bike builder shows on Discover channel may have gotten to know Indian Larry. Crying or Very sad May he RIP.

He was ultra cool, but this just shows you that your never to cool to forsake a helmet.

it was very sad to hear it. He was one of the reasons that I first got into motorcycle when I was a kid. I saw him on a mag cover when I was a kid, bought the mag and was addicted to bikes ever since.
thanks Indian Larry.

I never got the chance to meet him although he was the only builder that I ever REALLY wanted to meet. He is also the reason that a buddy of mine stopped drinking cause he took the time to talk to Mick. Larry was once a hard alcoholic and was "reborn". He took time to talk to Mick and told him to get off it - Mick did and he is still alive and has been dry for a very long time cause of Larry. He was the 'real' deal.

He died down near Charlotte NC while doing his famous stand on the seat motorcycle stunt in front of a crowd of 8000 people. Larry was Larry and did it his way, without any typical safty gear and died from head injuries. A helmet may have kept him alive.
