Great pics Jim and Sherry. I'm glad you came out, I'm sure I can speak for all of us and say great to meet you and keep yer ears open for the next ride. I know Rick got bit by more than the wasp yesterday, the trail gods got his ass. He's already got a lift scheduled for his TJ by the FM2CD Lift Install Tag Team...in person. rofl

Well, all I've been able to do is email tech support for JKS, and hopefully they'll get in touch with me tomorrow about the discos thing. I was definitely not fun driving around w/o that front sway bar. Definitely NOT recommended.

I'm glad everyone could make it out, and had so much fun. It was a great day for wheeling. Steve and I should be dropping our film off tomorrow, so we should have some more picks by the end of the week. I think I got a couple good ones of everyone going through the mud, ya mud!!! dancing banana

Where are your pics Dale?

Already on the FTP, talk to your hubby. I sent him a PM last night, plus he'll be getting a hard copy tomorrow when I see him.

Great pics Sherry! Smile

I'll get Dales pics up in a few days. He gave me the hi-res versions and they are HUGE...so I gotta resize them and then cram them up my dialup connection to the server (can't FTP from work, I REALLY need to get that sat. uplink from home)...hopefully by tomorrow night I'll get them posted.

I ended up with more damage too....although I don't think it was the trail that did it. Remember when you guys went East on 64 and we went West (to take Mark, MJ and crew back to Shoneys)? Well the XJ started stumbling and hesitating under throttle. I pulled the codes when we got back to Shoney's and got a '24' - TPS over 4.96V. Then, on the ride home the ECU put it in "limp in" mode"....it won't shift into overdrive and it idles at around 2K.

Pulled the TB on Sunday and cleaned it. Now I just gotta get a new TPS. I'm gonna replace the MAP sensor too. I might even bore out the TB while I'm at it.

I also got the new radiator today. Anyone up for a little wrenching this weekend? Mr. Green

Steve

It won't be this weekend. I got the TB done this morning so the Jeep is purring like a kitten again. I'm still waiting for the tranny cooler to show up and I'm now debating whether to replace the clutch fan with another electric. I might do it on the 20th, but it will be a "gametime decision".

Plus D can't make it on the 18th cause of the youth hunt...and you know he'll sulk if we wrench a Jeep without him. rofl

2. Try to lift Jeep without wife knowing
10. Do house work
