Was under my 2000 TJ this weekend greasing up all the fittings I could find but was unable to locate the universal joint fitting on the driveshaft my Haynes Repair Manual refers to. I looked and felt all over but found nothing. Am I missing something here?

Stock driveshaft with original u-joints? You won't be able to grease them as they are non-serviceable. When they wear out, you replace the entire u-joint.

Yup. The stock ujoints are not greasable. Some of the aftermarket ones are. I have aftermarket Dana/Spicer ujoints which have zerks on them...
