Is it at full steering lock? If you have oversize tires you may be rubbing the lower control arm, check to see if there are any rub marks on it and try not to make hard turns if it is.

Not out of the question, but from the pics you posted your Tcase is a 242. All the stuff I've been seeing is that the 249 is the culprit with the bad viscous coupler. Read this post on Jeep Forum if you haven't seen it yet, it may assist: clicky

tires are stock size... Ill look at the tires but Im pretty sure they dont rub anything mainly cuz I didnt hear anything and sometimes I get the vibration even without turning the wheels all the way.. and sometimes I can make sharp circles and It wont happen...
as for the link
"If the jeep is lurching or very hard to turn tightly in full steering lock slow turns, then yes, the VC. " whats a full steering lock? Is there any way to tell if the VC is broken or not? Ill be disassembling it today... another thing is that the shifts are kinda weird, it shifts slows down and then jumps forward.

There is no VC in a 242 its gear driven for the full time 4 WD...

It sounds to me like you may have a problem with your front drive shaft possibly just a u joint.. While you are under your jeep check all the u joint..
especially the cv at the top. Its easy to tell if they are bad. If you wiggle the shaft and the ujoint move ..They are bad... Very Happy

Keep them coming..
