Hmmm...the 22nd seems to be pretty popular. Should we call it a "go" then?

22nd is on my calendar, it's official. Now let's talk about work to be done. I heard something about Allen and Jay. Allen has new leafs and a block to install, Jay has the whole lift...can we fit both in? Does Jay need to come up the night before to get started and can we get a parts list to start thinking it through. Jeep Yogi Steve needs to know these things to mentally prepare himself.

If Jay doesn't get his parts in time, I volunteer Wink to have my XJ lifted in his absence. I need to get U-Bolts and new shock bolts and I'm ready.

Works for me. Allen's rear springs and either Jay's lift or Dale's...in that order. We should be able to get either lift done in a day, especially if we get a good size wrecking....er...I mean wrenching crew together. 4 would be minimum and I think we gots that. Wink

As far as parts list...I've taken mine apart enough times to know what were up against. The biggest thing will be is Jay's gonna be an AAL or full pack (I think it's gonna be full pack since he's planning on an OME 3"). The upper shock bolts in the rear are gonna be the biggest PITA....bring yer drill Dale. That way we can get a body on each side drilling those little f'ers out. I'll look up what size bits we need and make sure I've got enough sharp ones to go through 'em like butta.

Butta, baby....butta. rofl

I wanna say 5/16" before and 3/8" or 7/16" after...but lemme confirm that. Are you doin' BPE's in the back? We could always just weld those f'ers in there. Mr. Green

We're a go for the 22nd. I've got all parts ready and rarin' to be slapped on....

1: 3" leaf pack
2: bumpstop plates
3: extended bumpstops
4: Steve's extra ubolts
5: wallet for springing for munchies during the wrenching
6: camera for taking action shots of the party
