I got a great deal on a 60" Hi-Lift Jack online and started looking for info on mounting it to my soon-to-come Four-Real Steel Roof Rack. The first thing I noticed is that this thing is a MONSTER, about as tall as my girlfriend and, with it being all-cast, heavy as sin. I noticed the Loc-Rac at a number of sites, but I don't see anything online that is targetted directly for FRS except for the rear bumper tire carrier, which was out-of-stock and due to be remodelled. I plan to get the vinyl cover to keep the elements off of it, and figured I'd put it along the inside rail of the rack. Of course, my tire is going up top as well, so I wonder what the clearance will be. Sound prove very interesting.

Anyone have any thoughts on this, or possibly a better mounting place for an XJ 2000? Confused hilift ???

Nevermind. Found the FRS Hi-Lift Mount bracket in a catalog. Darn not-updated websites... rofl
