| Can somebody post me directions on how to get the front bumper off an 1998 XJ? Pics would help, but not necesarry, I see where the mounting bracket attaches to the frame, but I dont know how to get to the bolts. |

You have to remove the bumperettes first. There are bolts that hold it to the fender (which are a PITA to get to) and bolts which hold it to the front valence/spoiler. Then there's a tab that clips into the bumper, so you have to pull the bumperette to the side and up to remove it. Once they are out of the way you'll see four torx bolts (two on the top and two on the bottom) that hold the bumper to the brackets. _________________
