Wheres the cheapest place to get a set of lift and hood struts for a 2000 grand Cherokee? Also is it worth it mileage wise to install a K&N air filter on a 4.0 with 60K miles? Thanks

Don't know about the struts, but what kind of driving do you do? Is it all highway or trails or....? I didn't notice a huge increase in mileage when I had a K&N in my jeep and I found that a lost of fine dust was making it through the filter to coat the intake tube. I guess it just depends on the conditions you drive in and what you're willing to put up with. Wink

I hardly take it out in the weeds. For that I usually go tear up my old Silverado. Its lots better suited to get pounded due to its rotten paint ect.
I never had a lot of hope for those better mileage gadgets overall. They are fine for shaving a 1/4 second off the quarter mile but for average driving , nawwww.
