the tires on my mom's 04 grand cherokee are shot. as far as i know they're the stock goodyears that came with the jeep, and they wore terribly, so we're trying to steer clear of em. what's another good tire for mostly on-road use, that will provide decent traction in snow as well? ive looked all over but there are about a bazillion different types of tires and i was just looking for an imput. thanks in advance

bfg ats are good tires....probably the best tire for snow and street use there is

I'm very happy with the ProComp A/T's I have on my F250 in the conditions you describe. They've performed flawlessly in every condition except mud. They've held up well for 50,000 miles with regular rotations and I plan to put them on the POS Durango if I can keep it out of the shop long enough. Wink

man these tires are more expensive than my 31"s. hahah too bad for my mom.

I had BFG AT K/O's on my '93 Grand and loved them.I hear Rivos are real good too but have never owned them so don't know first hand.
