I'm currently stock with 30x9.5's and I'm still getting about 19 MPG on the highway traveling about 80 MPH.

I'm looking at either a 3" or maybe a 4.5" lift. I was thinking I'd stay with 30's or go with 32's, respectively.

I was wondering what kind of mileage I would get with either of those lifts/tire sizes. I commute 130 miles a day, mostly freeway, and I'm paying $2.35 a gallon for gas. So any help would be appreciated.

A lift and bigger tires will decrease your fuel efficiency. You will have more drag with a lifted vehicle as more air can flow underneath the vehicle, which is one of the few thing less aerodynamic than a Jeep. Factor in the increased rotating mass of larger tires and the mileage will drop more.

If you have that long of a commute and really want to lift your Jeep, in the long run, you'll be better of getting yourself a second vehicle, like a fuel efficient Honda, than driving the gas guzzling lifted Jeep every day.
