the other day i was coming home from my friends house, i was just driving normal, came through a green light when out of the corner of my eye i noticed a sliver SUV coming right at my from my right, i swirved into the centerlane and she slammed on her brakes and turned and she flipped and slammed into me and into another car, he 4runner flipped up on its side and pushed me into oncoming traffic but i got back into the centerlane before anything else could happen. luckily no one was hurt, but now my passenger door is bent in a great deal, the stearing wheels is sideways when it drives straight and the headlight is complelty jsut hanging there. Her insurence is going to cover everything, but i am to young for a rental car so im basically screwed with getting around now unitll this is fixed.

In a accident in Texas if the other person was at fault, you are entitle to lose or use, the insurance company will have to pay a reasonable rental rate for the estimated time it takes for your vehicle to get repaired.

Check with your insurance agent if this is correct in your state laws where you live.
