I have install a K&N air filter, and a more free flow exhaust (SEBRING) to my car (KJ 2004 mod.). Is it necessary to reset the engine computer (ECU),and how can i do this ?? Rolling Eyes

Yes, likely so. However, if you do not, the computer should relearn the engine over a series of start-ups (can't remember how many but I think either 20 or 50.) This is for a 2004 TJ - not sure if it's the same however disconnecting the battery for several minutes should also do it.
Disconnect the POSITIVE battery Terminal and touch it to ground for 30 seconds. (This is to discharge the PCM capacitors, which maintain the Adaptive Memory.
Reconnect the Battery Cable
Turn Ignition Switch to the “On” position but DO NOT start the engine
Turn Headlight “On”
Turn Headlights “Off”
Turn Ignition Key “Off”
