Do you think LineX will help protect the chips in my windshield too?

Jeep looks alright with that on it! Got me thinkin!

Actually they do make a clear Line-X for windshields, I saw it in a Jeep magazine Cool I asked about it, but the dealer didn't have any in stock.

They can do colors, but color matching is really hit and miss, especially with a metallic paint like mine...personally I like the black look of original Line-X.

I'd be wary of anything on my windwhield that might make the glare worse!

Got that stone blasted sparkle as it is! 2nd month I had the Jeep I got a stone chip right in front of me! lol Get pissed at it every once in a while still (3yrs later lol) But at least it hasn't traveled yet :o *knocks on wood*

I've had my windshield 'repaired' 2x already for bullseyes, I'm about ready for a new windshield, every sqaure inch is peppered with stone chips. I'd be willing to give it a shot.

ya...it's the pitch of the windshield that makes a handy stone backstop! lol

Must be some sort of laminate that you could buy specifically for windows...or is the clear lineX for just that?
