I was walking to class the other day and saw what appeared to be a 95-98 Grand cherokee. It had a light blue trim around the bumper and on the door after the Grand Cherokee name plate it said TSI in light blue letters. Just out of curiosity what is this TSI?

JUst another Stupid Jeep package.. Like UPcountry and others.. It was just a trim package. With it you get different seats and some dash trim stuff and some other crap that didnt really amount to much... Mr. Green

They dropped the Orvis package from the year before and brought in the TSI. It is just a monochromatic trim package where there's no chrome and everything is painted to match the body.

Not being a fan of chrome myslef I am thinking about painting my offroad lights black. The back part is chrome so I guess I would have to sand it all off or something to make the paint stick.

Or I could paint it with some of that color shifting paint. shock

I just used some 100 grit to scuff the lights up and painted them.. It has held up for almost 2 years..

I used to have some Hella black magics on my old blazer. The body of the light was made of black metal and molded plastic. My Hella FF300's have a molded plastic body that has an awful primer grey on them from the factory. Hella apparently expects people to paint them to match the color of their vehicle. But since you guys have put the thought in my mind I think I may give them a $10 matte black rustoleum finish. Nothin' quite like listening to the rattle of a spray can when you are painting in an unvented area....
