Rolled splines vs cut, you know the story.

Is there really any difference? Is there a leader in the axle upgrade market for the Dana 35 and Dana 30?

I've heard really good things about Superior Axle but others have said go Yukon. What's the difference really?

Thanks.

For the 30 I'd do Alloy USA. Unfortunately they don't make axles for a stock 35. Yukon is probably your best bet there. Alloy USA does a ten year warranty. The fronts come with 760 u-joints and full circle clips. I'm doing these front and rear on my 30/44.
You really should consider a Super 35 if you are gonna keep the 35.
