hi i have a grand cherokee limited orvis with v-8, i have tried figuring out what is wrong with it, but alas haven't found the problem.
i changed the only thing that came up on a trouble code, (map sensor), and i changed the fuel pump and regulator, but when driving the vehicle, it will bog down at about 2100 rpm , problem is that it does not do it all the time, some days, it will do it all day long, and other days it doesn't do it at all. i connected a fuel pressure gage and drove it around and pressure was fine, checked all connections, and put dielectric grease on them too.

it just has me stumped now, any ideas? and plays hell on four wheeling! mike

Sounds possible.. Does it seem like you have no power at all no matter how hard you mash the pedal even in Neutral???

I had a clogged cat on my jeep and it would lose power about 2500 rpm. When my jeep had that problem it would vary in how bad it would be. Mine would also stall when I took my foot off of the gas quickly. Is yours doing that?
