I figure I would post up the details for the camp Site.

We will be camping at Arrowhead Camp ground, site 27 and 29 and there is a max of 16 people for each site. The two campsites together run $198 for the weekend. Currently we have 9 people on the list to go. (6 jeeps)

Me
Steve
David
Donna
Trevor
Bonnie
Katie
Mark
Mary Jane

making everyone’s price for the weekend $22.

David and Donna, the site does have electric!

Lori is a maybe and T.O.W. Vehicle and his wife will be joining us on the trails and may camp with us too. If they to that will change the price of what everyone will pay, making it cheaper for everyone. For the time being everyone should plan on paying $22 a person. You can bring cash or a check payable to Steve or me.

T.O.W. Vehicle, you said you may have some other come, we have plenty of room at the camp site.

As for as anyone who wants to caravan down, Steve and I are tentatively planning on leave the house around noon. Mark, MJ David and Donna if you want to meet some place let us know where and when. We will be stopping by Bonnie's house around 1/1:30 (time will depend on if we meet anyone else to caravan down) to pick them up.

If you just want to drive down let me know and I'll forward you the reservation info.

Jen

Sandy and I have discussed it, and we should be able to go! All we'll have is a tent, sleeping bags, and an air mattress, should that be sufficient? I can get other stuff if desperately needed.

I'm not sure how lizards do in the cold, but remember it will probably be getting down to the 50s at night.

True. If the weather gets colder, I'll have to leave Drake at home. I can't risk him getting sick. He's already brumating (hibernating) now, so I don't want him getting worse.

As I told Steve, right now I only have one other couple coming to Uwharrie. We have a large group coming this weekend too so not many want to return the week after.

Sam and Rene have made their camping reservations already. That should fre up a couple spots if needed. Pat and I will be staying in a hotel in Albemarle, not far away.

Looking forward to meeting ya'll.

Bob

Some rain will make the dust bunnies go away! That's a good thing! Has been very dry there the last couple months and the roads are coughing folks with dust so this is a good sign.

Trails marked easy become difficult there with too much rain though. Will make for a fun wheeling weekend, for sure.

Camping might suck though.
