I can never remember the formula to convert the metric tire sizes to the English system floatation grade sizes. I am going to list below a few web sites that have calculators that do it for you- all you have to do is plug in the numbers. However, these numbers are not entirely accurate because each maker measures their tires differently. I would advise you to double check with the manufacturers website if your measurements need to be extremely precise. Here are the web sites:
