hello, I have a friend with a Jeep like yours. I don't know exactly what kind if diff's he has but I have seen him leave 4 lines in gravel spinning out. So he does have good pulling traction offroad.

So, I'm willing to bet you can do the same.

Little more searching you should be able to find out exactly what came on your Jeep

It's easy to tell.

1. Jack up the back end and get both wheels off the ground
2. Spin one wheel and observe what the other wheel does

If the other wheel turns in the same direction, it's locked (doubtful if it's a stock axle)
If the other wheel turns in the opposite direction, it's Limited Slip
If the other wheel sits there as useless as teets on a bull, it's open.
