$4200 seems a bit high for what you described.

Is is lifted?
Stock Axles?
What size tires?
Lockers?

It is a 4.2L carburated motor with a 999trans - over all not a bad setup. the carb can be finicky but definately not worth overly worrying about.

What shape is the soft top in, as they get older they will leak and become hard to put up and down.

Check under the carpet for rust, espically where the seatbelts bolt down and where the roll cage bolts in.

Depending on the milage, you can expect the water pump, radiator, starter ect to possibly die,if they are not replaced already.

Check the differentials - see what the fluid looks like, if it has been mudded (evil evil mud) they could have water in them. Same for the transmission.

I bought my 90 back in 99, in execleent condition, 87k on it, and a snow plow for $4300
