How would I install a trans temp guage in my grand?

42 Re trans, just wondering what fittings and stuff i would need and where to run the lines and where to have the sensor at

anyone have one installed?

I have one istalled 4 inches from the return line of the cooler in front of the radiator,electrical sending unit.

If only Mopar would have built a proper converter all our trannys would be fine,damn lockup band.

Foxx, I would say buy a single gauge pod...that looks like what this
tach is mounted in...then mount it to your dash, or down by the Shifter....or you could use a dremel and cut a hole if you have space...

yea mounting inside is not a problem just wondering how and where they mounted the lines and stuff

yea iceland your right...my tranny was fine damn torque converter but to be safe ill get a guage cheap insurance

can you take pics of where exactly you have your lines run and all that good stuff?

The lines are in stock location,I just cut the return line in front of the radiator,installed the T-fitting and just routed the wires to the gauge inside.
My gauge was actually broken but I ordered the one in I posted yesterday from summit.
But I can take a picture of the T fitting installed,will post it later today.

It's an electrical unit so there are no lines to install just the T-fitting and sensor and then just route the wires anywhere you like,we might have some trouble getting the wires inside the Jeep but I'm sure there's a way Mr. Green
