I have a vibration that occurs at around 25mph and stays with me .when I let off the gas it stops. It was fine until I went on a little wheeling trip.I changed the two rear u joints and one front one ,rotated and balanced the tires. Its still there.I do not have a shake in the steering,it seems to be all over.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anything particuliarly knarly happen on your wheeling trip? I know you said not really vibrating in steering but could it be slightly bent tie rod, or something else in front end?

Just my lousy guess!

If it happens only when your on the gas...... it's most likely driveshaft or driveshaft related!

This one is kinda obvious but did you throughly clean EVERYTHING after mudding? All it takes is a clump of mud to throw something off balance!
