IHA 74 CJ5 w/ Painless kit 12 circuit #10105. I wired the engine section first. Everything worked. Charging system working. Had just replaced Alternator, battery, and Voltage regulator. Started on my lights and signals. They all work fine. Started on my dash components. Wiper switch, heater, dash lights, horn (bypassed from steering column to toggle on dash). Everything working great. Replaced my Fuel and temp gauge cause the rheostats were fried. wired according to two different manuals and other resources. "I" to hot. "S" to sender. Grounds are correct. here's where it gets ugly. Connected my oil gauge, POP! there goes the 50amp. Disconnected the gauge and hot lead. Still blowing the fuse.

Ideas?
