The 1st plug, well boot, will not come off. I'm guessing maybe the metal piece inside seized to the plug itself. Ideas? Am I just going to have to cut the bot off and pretty much tear it apart, being careful of the insulator?

I've never had one stuck so tight I couldn't pull it off but it's likely you'll ruin the wire in the process. If I couldn't pull it off I'd cut it off. Wires aren't THAT expensive.

I have a tube of silicon grease that I use inside the boots before pushing them on the plugs. Just put a dab of it on my little finger and wipe it around the inside of the boot. The wires on my Harley were really hard to get off. The engine heat seemed to fuse them to the plugs. Never had one stick since I started greasing them.

thanks, I did end up pulling the plug apart, the crimped peice inside was left on the plug, oh well, only one did that. I used antiseize, dielectric , should be better next time around.
