I saw an early prototype of these things in a magazine a year or so ago. They seem pretty cool, especially because the other day I came out of my 12 hour shift at work and found a partially flat tire that I had to change. I wasn't happy. The prototype I saw was on some big excavating tucks and if they work for them I would imagine it could work for us. Airing down would be a problem. I guess you would either have to have a set for street use that were stiff and a set that are soft for off roading.

Id seen these in FourWheeler Magazing before, I like the idea. As for airing down... I doubt it. However, it would be cool if they made some of the "spokes" so that they could be removed. That would be the same as airin down I would think, but probably no way for it to work.
