Hey everyone

I want to add a drain plug to the A/T pan on my 95 Grand Cherokee. Has anyone done this? Is there anywhere specific I need to put it or do I just find a place where it wont hit anything? Also, are those universal plugs that you buy at the auto parts store pretty good or is there a specific brand or type that works best?

Its on a 42RE tranny.

I wouldnt use the universal thing from autozone.. Check Jegs and see if you can find a weld in bung and magnetic drain plug.. Then when you drop the pan you can put the drain hole where the magnet sits right now...
