Anyone with a snorkel on a YJ..
I'm half way installing one on my 93 Sahara.
So far looks good, but the snorkel I bought(BTW costed me $130 bucks
over seas compared to 300-400 bucks in the states!)
it requires the removal of the windshield wiper container.
Any ideas where this thing can be relocated...
Grinding my teeth and heart pumping, I started cutting on the outside
wall of my "burro" beyond the point of no return...
Well I shall continue with the story once the whole thing is put together
with that nice snorkel on the side..Ha that will make those toyota
pick up truck guys very Jelous..! Cool

Sorry for the long late reply....!
I actually brought it in into the USA packed on a box, wrap with soft foam.
while visiting abroad..No problem going through Customs.!
I assume it will cost around $180 for the snorkel + Freight if shipped to
the USA from abroad. Not bad, still beats the after market models sold here
in the USA.($350-400bucks).
Just installed mine, and it wasn't to difficult to install, just a nervous wreck
when cutting metal on the outside of the Jeep.
I runned a 3" flex pipe(Cloth dryer metal exaust pipe)from the snorkel to the
air filter box. I sealed and removed the stock air filter box intake piece(the one
that connects near to the radiator and to the box)so the only fresh air coming
in into the box is from the snorkel. I also added a 4" inch fan to the air filter box
to rush more air into the filter then to the intake..
