Thanks for helping me out in my previous Topics. I know this is long....

1. How do i get to the back of my music deck, (to check my wiring and radio connection?)

2. I bought my Jeep used... (98') there were/are no speakers overhead. Just the "red" bar. I have wiring that goes to back of both sides. I went to my Jeep dealer and asked them about it. and they said my wiring isn't fit to get the overhead speakers??? and that i need another peice?? I know it's confusing.... wondering if anyone can help! Also.... if i could get input on better sound system options?? Like different overhead speakers... aftermarket? or wakeboarding speakers?

Let me know, Thanks.

The dealer probably meant you'd need the speaker wires that hook to the radio to supply power to them. Sounds like you have a two speaker set up. The difference with factory is the radio has the hook-ups to make it a 4 or sometimes even a 6 spkr. syst.
Now....that said. Personally, unless you're looking to keep your ride "factory original" I would either get an aftermarket wiring harness (local wally world) and an aft, mkt. overhead syst. (if that's the type you want) .....or, if the radio's mediocre, I'd jerk it all out and replace it with a Pioneer, Sony, Blaupunkt, etc. radio & spkr. system. (-and-) You can probably get an entire system for what the dealer will charge you for the wires. LMAO
.....Another thing, if you don't know sterios......go to a tuner shop, if you buy the gear they'll usually install it -RIGHT- very cheap, and sometimes FREE! Cool
Good Luck --C.C.--
