Unbolt old ones.
Bolt in new ones.

Finger

If the donor axle are from the same model vehicle, then there is nothing too complicated. It seriously is a matter of disconnecting the old axle and bolting in the new one.

Spray everything with PB Blaster or other penetrating lubricant daily for a couple days prior to starting the install. It will help you loosening rusted bolts.

Hell if I know. You didn't specify which axles were being swapped in. If it's identical swaps (like D30 for D30 and D35 for D35) it is as simple as above.

How does the 8.25 compare to a D35 with regards to pinion length??? If it's longer, then the 8.25 shaft will be shorter.

Do both vehicles have ABS?

UK 2.5's were basic, no abs.
Front end should be easy, may need to swap the front stub axles to get the sensor wheels. No I dea about the 8.25 prop though

Do you want to change the whole axle or just put in different gears? If you just want the steeper 4.10 gears that come in the 2.5L, just swap those out. Be sure you're swapping either D35 for D35 or ChryCo 8.25 for 8.25.

Also, the ChryCo 8.25 has no available ABS. If you want to see about maybe trying to mod something, go for it, but I wouldn't want to play with brakes if it were me.
